Chairman
Sherri Eppich
Sherri relocated to Naples in 1996. After serving as the Development Director for the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, she obtained her real estate license and currently works as an agent.
She has assisted multiple non-profits, including relocating an orphanage to Alva, and the purchase of the first safe house for human trafficking victims in SWFL.
In 2015, Sherri was asked to coordinate the Night To Shine prom, and from there her heart was fully committed to those with special needs. In 2024, she also started a special needs classroom at Destiny Church so parents could attend services.
Fun fact: Sherri is a National competitive dance roller skater.
Vice Chairman
Carolyn Castaneda
Carolyn has served with Night to Shine for 5+ years and most recently as the co-chair. She loves working with our special needs community.
She and her husband Smiley have two beautiful daughters and own Smiley Graphics & Promotions together. They have lived in Naples for 19 years and enjoy serving our town side by side as often as they can.
Treasurer
Jennifer Cail
Jen is the owner of Medrano & Cail, an accounting firm she has
successfully managed for the past four years. Her mission has been to help ambitious entrepreneurs grow and flourish their business into the company of their dreams.
Jennifer enjoys serving her community and sits on the Collier Resource Center committee, Hispanic Business Council committee, and Women in Business Committee for the Fort Myers Chamber. She uses her accounting expertise and volunteers as a SCORE subject matter expert in accounting and sits on the following boards as the treasurer: Biz Kids, Women Council of Realtors – Naples on the Gulf, HR Collier, and Night to Shine.

Vanessa Lucas
Vanessa is a loving wife and mother to three adorable girls. She has worked in marketing and is the Director of Account Management at SimioCloud. Vanessa has led the big task of being the volunteer coordinator for Night to Shine for 5+ years, as well as managing the marketing/web & social media aspects.

Robin Rosario
Proud wife of Jose for 33 years and as much pride in children- Robert, Mickey, Maria, Victoria, Trinity, and Joshua. With a bonus, Baby Gabriel 2 years ago.
My life and efforts focus on my family and my 15-year career with Pure Florida.
Joshua was one of the greatest gifts in our lives to arrive 17 years ago. Even though he has had 4 brain surgeries and suffers daily with seizures, he is an AMAZING gift.
It has been through these struggles that I have found awesome organizations such as A NIGHT To SHINE and the support network of new family members that have come alongside.
